Piers Morgan, famous broadcaster reacted to the tragic death of Rob Reiner.
The iconic filmmaker was found dead in his Los Angeles home alongside wife Michele Singer Reiner on Sunday, December 14. As reported by TMZ, Rob and Michele suffered wounds consistent with a knife.
Piers took to X (Formerly Twitter) and reacted to the shocking news, stating, "Omg.. what shocking news."
Moreover, he also reposted a clip from his interview with Rob three months ago. In the interview, the director reveals the movies he'd like to be remembered for, stating that the one that "meant the most" to me was Stand By Me.
The late director, who worked for more than four decades, is best known for Stand by Me, The Princess Bride, When Harry Met Sally along with many others.
Piers captioned the post, "Very poignant clip from my interview with Rob Reiner just three months ago" along with a broken heart emoji.
It is pertinent to mention that Rob Reiner and Michele Singer Reiner's son Nick Reiner is being questioned for the death. However, no arrests have been made yet, as per People Magazine.
