Jonas Brothers make bombshell claim about 'Camp Rock'
'Camp Rock 3' is confirmed to return with Jonas Brothers, Demi Lovato
The Jonas Brothers gave rare insight into their experience of working in Disney channel’s Camp Rock.
Kevin, Joe and Nick while reflecting on the internet theories about them recalled how the middle brother almost lost his role as Shane Gray.
During an exclusive chat with Entertainment Weekly, they confessed that his original audition tape nearly cost him the role.
Nick revealed that the tape was filmed in a room of a hotel ‘like a Holiday Inn in Albuquerque or something.’
The quality was so poor that the executives thought it was some kind of a joke.
"We used this thing called a Flip Vid — my millennial folks out there, you might know what it is," Nick recalled.
"It was like the first-gen of like a camera that had a USB connected, and you could upload videos. We did that, but it looked terrible."
Kevin added that he had to hold a lamp as a makeshift spotlight.
He laughed, "It was awful."
Fans might want to see the tape so bad.
You never know Disney might look for it in their ‘vaults’!
