Cardi B is shedding some extra kilos before kicking off her first headlining tour after giving birth to her third baby.
The Bronx native hit the gym earlier this week just a few days after welcoming her first child with new boyfriend Stefon Diggs amid estrangement with husband Offset.
In an Instagram Story shared on Thursday, November 20, the 33-year-old American rapper offered a glimpse of her post-partum life with tour rehearsals nearing.
She posted a clip, dated November 13, showing her catching her breath after a workout session.
In the video, the Bodak Yellow hitmaker revealed it was her first day back in the gym during which she had completed over 20 minutes on the StairMaster and was getting ready to head over to the squat machine.
"Tour journey with me ? I haven't start rehearsals yet but I'm doing light work outs to not only get my body back in shape but my joints and bones.." she captioned the social media update. "I'm 33 honey I'm a ol lady [teary laugh emoji]."
Cardi B, whose real name is Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar, is aiming to reach to a point where she can do over an hour on the stairmaster.
While she will hit the road for the Little Miss Drama Tour on February 11, her preparations include working out to get in shape.
The I Like It songstress will be taking over the Palm Desert stage in California for her first concert followed by making stops across North America in Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Portland, Vancouver, Seattle, Sacramento, San Francisco, Phoenix, Houston, Austin, Dallas, Denver.
Cardi B will also perform in Minneapolis, Indianapolis, Detroit, Kansas City, Cincinnati, Chicago, New York, Newark, Toronto, Boston, Hartford, Baltimore, Philadelphia, Washington, D.C before wrapping up on April 17 in Atlanta.
