Tina Knowles honours late Beyoncé fan with heartfelt message
A Beyonce fan went viral in 2019 after she appeared in the Netflix documentary 'Beyoncé: Homecoming'
Beyonce’s mother Tina Knowles is mourning the death of a devoted beehive member.
In an Instagram post over the weekend, the 71-year-old American businesswoman paid a heartfelt tribute to Sydney Hardeman after her shocking death last week.
The 25-year-old went viral in 2019 when she appeared in the Netflix documentary Beyoncé: Homecoming.
Last weekend her mother, Jamie Hardeman, confirmed the unfortunate news revealing her daughter took her own life.
In the social media post shared on Saturday, November, 15, Knowles penned an emotional message alongside a video montage.
“So sad to hear the news that this angel has gone to be with the lord . My Love goes out to her family and friends, and all the beehive members that knew and loved her,” she began.
The Texas born philanthropist continued, “ I remember the video that went viral of her expression at Coachella and all the photos after that I’ve seen. I didn’t know her personally, but I feel a real sad sadness today at this loss of this young beautiful woman.”
Six years ago, Sydney’s wide-eyed, jaw-dropped reaction quickly turned her into a fan-favourite meme.
“My prayers up for her family,” Knowles added before concluding with three hands joined, two red hearts and two red rose emoji.
“Rest in Heaven, Sydney — one of our beloved Beyhive,” was written over the video.
While the loved ones are still searching for clarity about what led to her heartbreaking suicide, the mother revealed that some shifts were being noticed in the devoted Beyoncé supporter’s mood in the wake of her grandfather's death.
