Jonas Brothers reveal what’s appealing about new ‘Christmas’ movie

The Jonas Brothers have recently revealed what’s really appealing about their upcoming movie, A Very Jonas Christmas.

Nick Jonas shares that they want to do the movie mainly for their children while speaking to Extra on the red carpet at the premiere of their new Disney+ holiday movie in New York City on November 10.

“One of the things that was really appealing to us about this movie were kids,” says Priyanka Chopra’s husband.

Nick mentions, “We are at a moment in our life and 20 years into our career and still a long runway ahead, but doing things like a Christmas movie or make our album and write songs, we are thinking about long-term journey.”

The musician notes that their children will “not only be watching this movie, but being proud of it and sharing it with their friends as well”.

Nick states, “Christmas movies live on in perpetuity forever and that was something we were really excited about.”

When reporter asks how it’s like to work together for tours or a movie, Kevin Jonas replies, “I would say the more it starts way earlier than our usual nighttime starts on the tour.”

However, Kevin points out that working with Nick and Joe Jonas “is incredible”.

“They have done a lot more acting than I did in the last 10 or 15 years and kind of leaning on them during the process, it really made it easy,” states Kevin.

Joe Jonas later engages in playful banter with oldest brother Kevin, saying, he did really bad in the movie which is why “we are trying to fix it now, but the editing said that it’s too late”.

Later, Joe becomes solemn and praises Kevin’s acting, adding, he may have “solo Kevin movie” in the future.

Elsewhere in the interview, the Jonas Brothers talks about picking on each other.

“Oh, every day,” adds Kevin.
