Robert Downey Jr has recently given a shoutout to his Chaplin co-star Anthony Hopkins’ for his new book, We Did OK, Kid: A Memoir.

The Iron Man star turns to Instagram on November 10 and posts a picture of himself holding the Hannibal actor’s book in his hand.

Sharing his honest views about his role model’s biography, Robert writes in the caption, “Inspirational, entertaining and rigorously honest.”

Oppenheimer actor also urges his fans and followers to read this book from Anthony, which hit the bookstores last month.

“Y’all gotta check out my (former) cast mate and (always) role model’s riveting new autobiography,” adds the 60-year-old.

Anthony expresses his gratitude to The Avengers actor in the comment section, saying, “Thank you, my friend,” with red-heart emoji.

One of Robert’s followers mentions, “Two masterpieces in a picture.”

“When brilliance reads brilliance, the universe pauses to listen,” states another fan.

Someone else remarks, “Anthony Hopkins I love all his movies I gotta get this autobiography.”

However, some of his followers also demand for Robert’s memoir as one user writes, “We need your biography.”

Meanwhile, Anthony’s book reflects on his childhood, his journey into acting, his struggles with alcoholism, his movie career and what keeps him going at 87.
