Ariana Grande has recently made major move amid her UK press tour for new movie, Wicked: For Good.
The actress and singer reportedly hired six London hotel suites at a whopping £5,000 a night as the premiere for the second movie will take place in Leicester Square on November 9, per The Sun report.
The outlet revealed that Ariana arrived by private jet to the UK on Saturday.
A source spilled, “Ariana's team and the production crew from Wicked put their heads together to ensure Ariana is in luxury and comfort and has plenty of privacy.”
Another insider told the outlet that the singer “will need plenty of time and space to prepare for her big red-carpet moment with her glamour squad”.
It is noted that the production company, Universal also spent £100,000 on hiring swanky French restaurant Brasserie Zedel near Piccadilly for the after-party following the premiere.
The news came after the star showed off her 40 hand “prison tattoos” after she attended the premiere of Wicked: For Good in Paris on November 7. Her costar and Elphaba actress Cynthia Erivo was not in attendance.
Just days ago, Ariana could not make it to the Wicked premiere in Brazil due to flight issues.
She took to Instagram and issued a statement, saying, “Brazil, I can't believe this is happening and I am beyond devastated to be sending this message.”
The actress opened up that she and her team had to “deplane the flight” because of the maintenance on the plane due to a safety issue.
“My team and Universal have tried every single thing possible to fix this,” she added.
Meanwhile, Wicked: For Good is slated to release in theatres on November 21.
