Jonathan Bailey, who stars as Prince Fiyero Tigelaar, shared how he earned the role in Wicked.
The Bridgerton star, who has been named People's Sexiest Man Alive, dropped his audition tape that he sent in for Wicked.
In an appearance with his co-stars during NBC's Wicked: One Wonderful Night special, where the cast members discussed their experience making the two-part film. While some even performed songs from the movie.
During the sit-down, the 37-year-old artist recalled that he sent a "crazy tape" for his first audition to play Fiyero in Wicked describing it as "karaoke version" of his character’s song Dancing Through Life.
"I was going to say No Good Deed," he said when Yeoh, asked which song he chose for his audition tape.
He added, "I did Dancing Through Life. But I did it at the five-minute call when I was doing a play. I'm worried about this sub-section - now we're going to subtly cut to it."
The special then played the audition clip where he is seen wearing sunglasses in a dressing room and, singing two lines from the song.
Jurassic World Rebirth actor also revealed that he filmed that just minutes before he stepped on stage for performance in London’s West End.
Bailey has earned the title of People's Sexiest Man Alive for 2025. He appeared at The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon to announce the big news and unveil his steamy cover
"It’s a huge honour," Bailey, told the magazine. "Obviously, I’m incredibly flattered. And it’s completely absurd."
Wicked: For Good is set to release on November 21.
