Jeremy Renner is publicly pushing back after filmmaker Yi Zhou accused him of inappropriate behavior, including sending intimate photos and threatening to “call ICE” on her.

A representative for the 54-year-old actor told Page Six, “The allegations being made are totally inaccurate and untrue.”

Zhou, 37, shared her claims on Instagram, saying Renner first reached out to her in June and sent “personal and intimate photographs of himself.”

She said he “convinced me of his sincerity, saying he had been single for a long time and open to a long-term relationship,” adding that she believed him.

According to Zhou, the two worked together on the documentary Chronicles of Disney and the animated film Stardust Future: Stars and Scars

She said Renner later “entered into written agreements” with her production company before allegedly denying both “any personal relation or professional collaboration.”

She claimed that when she confronted him and asked him to behave respectfully, he responded by threatening to involve immigration authorities, calling the exchange “shocking and frightening.”

In a follow-up interview, Zhou shared a screenshot of what she says is a WhatsApp message from Renner that reportedly included a sexually explicit video.

Alongside it, he allegedly wrote, “Oh, yes ?, This ok ???”

She added that she had “a collection of those photos and the porn gifs that he sent,” and insisted, “I did not reach out to him; he pursued me.”

Zhou also said the pair had a brief romance and told the outlet earlier this year that Renner had “found new love” with her.

She previously shared images of the two spending time together in his Reno, Nevada hometown.

Renner was married to Sonni Pacheco, with whom he shares a 12-year-old daughter, Ava. In 2019, Pacheco accused him of substance abuse and threatening behaviour.

At the time, Renner denied her claims, calling them “nonsense.”

As Zhou’s newest accusations unfold, Renner’s team is standing firm in its rejection of the claims.
