Tom Hiddleston fans are in for surprise as 'The Night Manager' gets exciting update

Tom Hiddleston fans have been eagerly waiting for the renewal of his popular show The Night Manager for season 2.

The British spy thriller features the 44-year-old star in the role of Jonathan Pine, a former British soldier and the night manager of a luxury hotel, who is hired by an intelligence officer to penetrate the internal circle of a mysterious arms dealer without blowing his cover.

Besides Tom, the Prime Video series features Hugh Laurie, Olivia Colman, Elizbeth Debicki, Tom Hollander and David Harewood in pivotal roles.

Previously in August, the Loki star appeared for an interview on BBC’s The One Show, where he dropped hints about the new season by simply saying, “Coming soon.”

Earlier today, the actor reposted a post by production company "Character 7". The caption on the post read, “The Night Manager season 2 is INBOUND.”

However, it further told fans, “We can’t tell you more *just* yet, but to help with the wait, we are sharing pictures from the multi-award-winning season 1 to remind you of Jonathan Pine.”

This is their way to increase the level of excitement and curiosity among fans.

The production company further revealed that Hiddleston and Laurie will be reuniting to play their titular roles with a new director for the second season.

Meanwhile, The Night Manager’s season 3 has also been greenlit.
