Eva Mendes is setting the record straight about rumours that she and Ryan Gosling have relocated to London with their daughters.
On Nov. 3, the actress took to Instagram to shut down reports claiming the couple moved overseas with Esmeralda, 11, and Amada, 9.
The Daily Mail previously suggested the family had settled in North London and that their girls were enrolled in school there.
Mendes responded by sharing a screenshot of the article to her Instagram Stories with a clear message, “WRONG again @dailymail.”
She explained that while she has enjoyed her time in the city, she’s eager to return to the U.S., adding she “can't wait to get back home and celebrate the @dodgers World Series championship!”
She cheered on the team again with “Go Dodgers!!!”
The family is currently spending time in London as Gosling works on the upcoming Star Wars film, Star Wars: Starfighter.
Recently, director Shawn Levy posted a behind-the-scenes photo featuring Gosling and co-star Flynn Gray suited up in gloves and leaning against what looked like sailing equipment on a raised platform.
Levy captioned the snap, “Somewhere in the Mediterranean Sea #Starfighter.”
Though details about the movie are still under wraps, Levy has described it as a “standalone” project.
“It’s not a prequel, not a sequel,” he shared at Star Wars Celebration, adding that it takes place in a previously unexplored time period.
Gosling has also praised the script, calling it “just so good” with “great and original characters.”
The cast includes Matt Smith, Mia Goth, Aaron Pierre, Amy Adams, Simon Bird, Jamael Westman, Daniel Ings, and Gray alongside Gosling.
Star Wars: Starfighter is scheduled to hit theaters on May 28, 2027.
For now, Mendes wants fans to know the family isn’t moving abroad permanently, they’re just enjoying time together while Gosling films, before heading home.
