Chris Pratt’s wife offers rare insights about their parenting styles
Katherine Schwarzenegger reflects on her marriage to Chris Pratt
Chris Pratt’s wife Katherine Schwarzenegger has recently made rare comment about her and actor’s parenting styles.
The author, who shares three children with Chris, reveals the secret to their effective relationship is to “balance each other out really well as parents”.
“We do a really good job communicating,” says the 35-year-old in an interview with PEOPLE.
Katherine points out that communication is something that’s really important to her and Chris as well.
Marvel actor’s wife explains that her and Chris’ “strengths” are different and they both make a “great team”.
“We're a team and that we're doing our best to tackle all the different things. We're also very present in this beautiful season of life of having young children and getting to spend a lot of time with them,” mentions Katherine.
Interestingly, the author also offers another tip and that is to prioritise their own connection, taking out “micro moments” with each other.
Katherine explains, “When you have a couple kids that are younger it's always important to have these little micro moments throughout the day where you can connect.”
The fact is, according to author, is that we focus on big moments like date nights or couples’ trips, but what’s significant is to cherish small moments throughout the day.
“It's honestly more realistic for this phase of life,” adds Chris’ wife.
