Lucien Laviscount teases surprising developments in Emily, Alfie and Gabriel's love triangle
Emily in Paris star Lucien Laviscount has spilled major insights about the upcoming season.
The 33-year-old, who plays Alfie Peterson in the hit comedy romance series, has revealed that despite being a part of the cast and knowing what was going to happen beforehand, he was still shocked to see the premiere episode of season 5.
According to Lucien, there is going to be a major "curveball" in the debut episode of the new season. He also teased that Lily Collins’ Emily's jealous side coming out in the new part.
On conversation with US Weekly, he added, “I don’t want to give away too much, but one thing I will say is … when I got episode 1 emailed over with their high-tech security … it took me about two or three days to kind of process.”
Laviscount further opened, "So much happens in the first episode that sets up the rest of the season. And it was definitely a curveball for me and for Alfie.”
The Snatch actor also shared that there is going to be a major development regarding the love triangle between Emily, Gabriel and Alfie.
The season 5 of Emily in Paris is slated to premiere on December 18, 2025.
