Chris Evans' true feelings for newborn daughter revealed
'Captain America' star Chris Evans and his wife Alba Baptista welcomed a baby girl last week
Hollywood heartthrob Chris Evans is over the moon after unlocking a new title for himself: girl dad.
The Gifted star welcomed his first child with wife Alba Baptista on October 24 and he is loving every moment of it.
"Chris is completely in awe of his daughter," just a week after becoming a new father the Fantastic Four actor’s true feelings for his newborn baby has been laid bare.
The insider continued, "He's been soaking in every quiet moment and couldn't be more proud to be a girl dad."
While the couple, who tied the knot in September 2023, have yet to make an official announcement about their little one's arrival, multiple outlets confirmed the delightful news even revealing her name.
Reportedly, the Portuguese actress and The Avengers regular have named their baby girl Alma Grace Baptista Evans.
“They’re enjoying their privacy and these special first few days as a family with their baby,” the source added.
The Captain America-famed actor and Baptista, 28, exchanged vows in a private ceremony at an estate in Cape Cod, Massachusetts, last year.
Around that time, the Materialists lead opened up about his desire to start a family and have kids, a dream that has now come true.
"That's absolutely something I want: wife, kids, building a family," Evans, 44, told People. "When you read about most of the best artists, whether it's actors, painters, writers, most of them [admit] it wasn't the work they made [that they are most proud of], it was about the relationships; the families they created, the love they found, the love they shared.”
