Hugh Jackman makes rare comment about kids he shares with ex Deborra Lee Furness

Hugh Jackman and Deborra Lee Furness may have separated, but they both surely love their children dearly.

The duo, who had been married for the 27 years, ended their marriage in 2023.

Hugh and Deborra share two children namely Oscar Maximilian, 25 and Ava Eliot, 20, both of whom are adopted.

Recently, the Wolverine actor appeared at the 2025 AFI Fest for the premiere of his new movie Song Song Blue, where he spoke about his kids.

Jackman shared if his children would follow his acting footsteps or not.

Clearly, the 57-year-old has no issues if their children would opt acting as their career.

He told E! News, “They'd both be very good [as actors], but I don't know.” The actor further added, “I just want them to do what they love.”

This statement comes after Hugh marked his debut red carpet appearance with longtime rumoured partner Sutton Foster.

Hugh had his arm wrapped around Sutton while they were posing for the picture at the event.

His new music film also features Kate Hudson. It is slated to release on December 25.
