Julia Garner has recently revealed what scares her the most while discussing her new movie, Weapons.
While speaking to W Magazine, the Ozark actress responds, “I hate rats so much that I don’t watch rat movies.
Julia reveals that she lately watched Ratatouille and that’s a horror movie for her.
“I am saying all these classics, that’s a horror movie,” remarks the Fantastic Four: First Steps actress.
Julia notes that the guy in the movie has an “identity crisis” and even “an imposter syndrome”.
Therefore, in the movie, he has to take a rat, “put it on his head” and it’s controlling his brain.
“I know I am going to get in trouble because everybody loves Ratatouille,” admits the 31-year-old.
But for her, “it’s kind of a gross movie, I am sorry to say,” adds Julia.
Earlier, in a press interview, the actress has reflected on her experience working with Weapons director Zach Cregger.
“It’s such a unique story, and Zach brought together an incredible cast,” she states.
Meanwhile, Weapons is finally available to stream on the OTT platforms.
Besides her horror movie, Julia also confirmed that she’s going to play Madonna on a biopic.
“That’s supposed to still happen,” said the actress on the SmartLess podcast back in July.
Julia pointed out the project is still in the works and shared that “anything that’s great takes a long time”.
