Fast X: Part 2 has been dealing will multiple delays and uncertainty ever since it has been confirmed.

The finale of the Fast saga was initially meant to be released in 2025 prior to production delays due to the SAG-Aftra strikes.

Amid all the uncertainty, Vin Diesel has given a hope to the franchise fans hinting that the film is in active production.

On October 22, lead star Diesel dropped a video featuring him with co-star Michelle Rodriguez, where the two spoke about the new sequel and gave a promising update.

Vin, in the clip, can be seen asking Michelle “if you had to sum up the finale or what important about the finale.. what would it be?”

To which she replied, “to bring it back to the integrity that we started with.”

According to the XXX star, the new action packed film will bring back the core concept of the franchise that originally circulated around "street racing".
