Orlando Bloom makes rare comment about 'Pirates of the Caribbean 6'
Johnny Depp's return as 'Jack Sparrow' in new sequel still remains mystery
Orlando Bloom has confessed that he would want to revisit his character in the globally acclaimed franchise, Pirates of the Caribbean.
The evergreen film series is expected to return with a sixth sequel. It is yet not confirmed whether the movie will contain all the old cast members.
The 48-year-old has been playing the role of Will Turner from the 2003’s The Curse of the Black Pearl to 2007’s At World's End.
Bloom has now stated that the sixth installment might reunite the band together.
In an interview Deadline, he spoke about his potential return to the Pirates film series.
"I do think that people are really responding to nostalgia in a way at the moment”, he added.
The Troy actor continued, "There's something about stepping into the world of artificial intelligence and super intelligence, where we're kind of harking back to nostalgic times and movies that had that.
Orlando is hopeful of the new film as he thinks now, "Maybe there’s a world where we get the band back together."
There is official release date for Pirates of the Caribbean 6, but it reportedly in active development.
On the other hand, there is still no confirmation if Johnny Depp will be returning as Captain Jack Sparrow in the new film.
