Sabrina Carpenter takes fans behind the curtain of her 'SNL' takeover

Sabrina Carpenter took fans behind the scenes of her latest Saturday Night Live appearance.

Hours before taking over the Studio 8H to pull off double duties as first time host and second time musical guest in the Saturday night, October 18, episode, the 26-year-old pop sensation shared a series of exclusive backstage photos on Instagram.

"TONIGHT," she captioned her photo dump, tagging @nbcsnl and topping it off with a red lips emoji.

Among other snapshots, offering a glimpse into her prep before facing the live crowd, the Espresso hitmaker showed the glimpse at her dressing room and outfit options.

Another image showed what looked like a table read or writing session with her name tag placed in front of a table, with snacks placed in the background.

The Manchild singer also posted a close-up of the cue card used during the filming of this week’s SNL promo, giving fans a rare look at the iconic behind-the-scenes process inside 30 Rock in New York City.

Carpenter's SNL timeline includes her performance during a May 2024 episode. She returned for February 2025’s SNL50 special, during which she sang a duet with Paul Simon and co-starred in one of Marcello Hernandez’s "Domingo" sketches.
