Andrew Garfield gives ultimate bestie reaction to Ayo Edebiri’s request
Watch how Andrew Garfield reacts when 'After The Hunt' co-star Ayo Edebiri asked him to switch sides
Andrew Garfield and Ayo Edebiri share a hilarious bestie moment on the red carpet when she asked him to switch sides for photos.
While attending After The Hunt gala at the London Film Festival, The Amazing Spider-Man star made room for his co-actress by inviting her to join him on his right side for the cameras.
However, Edebiri, wearing a stunning white satin gown adorned with delicate cream-colored floral detail, requested to "swap sides."
The Social Network actor’s reaction was pure gold. He rolled his eyes in playful exasperation and gave an exaggerated "ahhhh" expression.
Laughing, Edebiri, 30, responded, "What?" as the 42-year-old Hollywood heart throb clearly enjoyed the moment, then quickly said, "just kidding" before they both posed for the cameras.
Fans were quick to react on social media, with one person writing, "This is exactly me when my friends ask me to swap sides."
Another fan chimed in, "He’s hilarious!" while a third added, "Every group of friends has that one person who always wants to switch sides."
One fan humorously defended The Bear album, saying, "We all have that special side!"
A second offered a valid reason for the request, "The beautiful flower detail would’ve been missed" with another agreeing, "That dress needed the spotlight."
The We Live In Time actor and Edebiri have forged a strong professional relationship, often seen sharing laughs and lighthearted moments during the press run of their upcoming film, starring Julia Roberts.
Earlier Garfield has spoken fondly of Edebiri, describing her as a "kindred spirit" and praised her company, while she has called working with him an "amazing experience."
