Drake gave fans a rare look into his family life, sharing sweet moments from a special occasion
The Canadian rapper and singer’s son Adonis turned eight on Saturday, October 11, and the proud father didn’t hold back in celebrating the major milestone with an unforgettable birthday bash.
Over the weekend, the U My Everything singer threw a western-themed cowboy-inspired party for his only child at an arcade.
On Sunday, October 12, the Family Matters rapper shared highlights from the kid-centric event, which also brought him together with his former partner and Adonis’ mother Sophie Brussaux.
From his ex to his parents and OVO Sound artists Naomi Sharon and Smiley everyone made an appearance in the carousel of photos and videos pulled up from the fun day of celebrating Adonis.
"8 Years," Drake, who rocked a denim jeans and a top under a black puffer vest, captioned the social media post. The cover photos was a collage of Polaroid photos from the party.
Additional snapshots featured a cow-print cake, Adonis enjoying various arcade games, playing with his friends and a playful "Wanted" poster starring the birthday boy.
However, the sweetest moment was surely captured in one photo of the father-son duo, with the newly eight-year-old hugging Drake from behind as he was busy shaking hands with a guests during the party.
