Kelsey Parker is reportedly find it difficult to help her two young children cope with the heartbreaking loss of her stillborn baby, Phoenix-a tragedy that has resurfaced the pain of losing her late husband, Tom Parker.
The 35-year-old media personality endured her first major loss in 2022 when Tom, member of the band The Wanted, passed away from a brain tumour.
Then, in June of this year, she faced another devastating blow when baby Phoenix was stillborn.
Kelsey was expecting her third with new partner Will Lindsay, whom she began dating two years after Tom's passing.
She shares two children-Aurelia, 6, and Bodhi, who turns five this month-with her late husband.
Now, three months on from losing baby Phoenix, a source has shared how deeply the grief is affecting her, particularly as a mother. Kelsey reportedly finds comfort in the belief that Tom is watching over their son.
'Kelsey has not only lost Phoenix but is having to deal with it in the public eye. The grief of losing the baby has brought the grief of losing Tom and it's such a tricky thing to navigate with the kids,' a telly source told OK!
'But she truly believes he is up there looking after her and baby Phoenix-bit it's such a cruel blow to deal with so much grief in one lifetime. She's dealing with such a lot.'
The podcast has also opened up about the emotional difficulty of explaining the situation to her daughter, Aurelia, who had been excited to welcome a baby brother.
'Time has been really tough. Because Aurelia is six, I wasn't giving her the right answer to answer what she wanted. I said, 'Phoenix is with daddy now,' the former dancer said.
