Tom Holland to complete 10 years as 'Spider-Man' in 2026
Tom Holland has finally updated fans about his future in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
The 29-year-old marked his debut as Spider-Man in 2016’s Captain America: Civil War. Since then, he has been a part of numerous MCU films including the Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame.
At present, Holland is busy working on the upcoming movie called Spider-Man: Brand New Day, which is slated to release next year.
With the release of the fourth sequel, Holland will successfully complete a decade since his first appearance as the superhero.
In a recent interview with LADbible, The Odyssey star spoke about his future in MCU.
“I think with anything, it’s all about what’s in front of you, and right now what’s in front of us is Spider-Man: Brand New Day, and focusing on making that movie worthy of the last film.”
Tom confessed that he is actively looking at the internet to get a better understanding of fans’ opinion for the superhero and that his “driving force in the pitch meetings.”
While addressing his future in Marvel, the BAFTA award winner said, “In terms of my future in the character beyond this film, I don’t know the answer to that.”
Directed by Destin Daniel Cretton, the upcoming action adventure sci-fi is slated to release globally on July 31, 2016.
