Jennifer Lawrence opened up about one thing she doesn’t want her friend, Emma Stone, to repeat.
Stone revealed that she recently shaved her head for her role in Yorgos Lanthimos’ Bugonia, however, her best pal was not keen on the decision.
"I really didn’t want her to shave her head," The Hunger Games actress said about her best pal in a Vogue interview.
"I had already lived through the Billie Jean King haircut," the No Hard Feelings star continued, referencing Stone's 2017 role as the iconic tennis player in Battle of the Sexes.
Contradicting her own advice, Lawrence gushed about Stone’s buzz cut style noting that she "pulled it off". Lawrence added, “Honestly, she looked beautiful."
Previously, Stone shared that there was "no better feeling in the world" about her haircut.
"The first shower when you’ve shaved your head? Oh my God, it’s amazing," she told the outlet.
Bugonia follows Stone as a fictional pharmaceutical CEO, who is kidnapped by a pair of conspiracy theorists (Jesse Plemons and Aidan Delbis). It is a reimagining of the 2003 South Korean film Save the Green Planet!
In addition to Stone, Plemons and Delbis, the cast also features Stavros Halkais and Alicia Silverstone.
The film is set to release in theatres on October 31.
