Lindsay Lohan has recently opened up about one classic movie she doesn’t want it to be remade anytime soon.
While speaking to Letterboxd, the Mean Girls actress admitted that All About Eve movie, which turns 75 this year, is one of those movies “you can never remake because it’s so perfect”.
Lindsay talked about the leading lady Bette Davis, who played the role of ageing famed stage star in the movie, became “the object of obsession” at the time.
“You just can’t take your eyes off her,” said the 39-year-old.
Interestingly, the Freakier Friday actress pointed out that the role Bette did in the 1950 movie “would be the dream role to play even the dialogue in it”.
Elsewhere in the interview, Lindsay also mentioned other actress performance which she admired a lot and that’s Sharon Stone in Martin Scorsese’s 1995 drama Casino.
“Casino, I love. I mean, Sharon in ‘Casino’! And the wardrobe… The way she’s dressed and the way she just commands the room when she comes in on the screen in that movie,” pointed out the Irish Wish actress.
Meanwhile, Lindsay is all set to do a biopic of Ann-Margret which she approves of.
“I know that Lindsay wants to do that,” said Ann-Margret in a previous interview with IndieWire.
Gushing about the actress, she added, “I adore her. I think she’s full of talent, and I just would like to see what they can come up with.”
