Christina Applegate hospitalized after recent health issue
Christina Applegate continues to battle multiple sclerosis (MS)
Christina Applegate opened up about her recent health struggle as she continues to battle multiple sclerosis (MS).
The Married… With Children alum shared update in an exclusive interview with Entertainment Weekly Tuesday evening.
The 53-year-old told the media outlet that she was back home after staying in the hospital for seven days for the treatment of kidney infection.
Before the recent statement of Applegate, the news of her medical condition had emerged when she had mentioned on her podcast MeSsy her co-host, Jamie-Lynn Sigler that she was in the hospital in Los Angeles as she was recording it.
Unaware of the clarity of her medical situation, she did, however, give her fans assurance that soon she would be back in full swing.
"I didn't, by the way, people out there, I'm not doing a podcast from the hospital because I felt like doing one from the hospital was an awesome idea," Applegate talked from the hospital during her week-long stay.
"We just happen to have this scheduled and they won't let me leave yet because things are, things are messy, but I'm going to be OK. How am I? I'm, right now, I'm waiting till, at 1 o'clock, I get medicines to feel better. So that's how I'm doing right now."
For the unversed, the American actress made public her multiple sclerosis diagnosis in August 2021.
