Colin Farrell stars in upcoming Netflix film 'Ballad of a Small Player'

The highly anticipated film adaptation of Lawrence Osborne's novel Ballad of a Small Player has finally revealed its first look photos. 

Netflix released the images on Thursday, July 17, giving fans a glimpse into the upcoming movie starring Colin Farrell.

The film boasts an impressive cast, including Fala Chen, Deanie Ip, Alex Jennings, and Tilda Swinton. Colin Farrell takes on the role of a high-stakes gambler laying low in Macau, where he encounters a kindred spirit who might just hold the key to his salvation.

The movie's storyline follows the gambler's journey as his past and debts start to catch up with him. With a script by Rowan Joffe and direction by Edward Berger, Ballad of a Small Player promises to be a gripping and intense drama.

The film will debut in select theaters on October 15th and will be available globally on Netflix on October 29th.
