‘Stranger Things’ fans emotional reaction to series finale trailer
‘Stranger Things’ season five volume one is set to release on November 26
Stranger Things finale season has dropped its first nail biting and emotionally charged action packed first trailer.
The hit Netflix series which began in 2016, followed a group of friends who tackle supernatural forces in Indiana.
The fans have spiralled since the trailer release, many took to X (formerly Twitter) to share their excitement.
"This is gunna be epic," wrote a fan.
Another added, "THIS IS MAKING ME SO EMOTIONAL I'M NOT READY FOR IT TO END."
"Yall got us scared, stressed, and excited all at once," another said.
Someone else added, "We all just cried our faces off and felt every emotion."
The logline of season five states, "Picking up in the fall of 1987, Stranger Things 5 finds the town scarred by the opening of the rifts, and our heroes are united by a single goal: to find and kill Vecna."
"But he has vanished — his whereabouts and plans unknown," reads the official synopsis. "Complicating their mission, the government has placed the town under military quarantine and intensified its hunt for Eleven, forcing her back into hiding."
It continued, "As the anniversary of Will’s disappearance approaches, so does a heavy, familiar dread. The final battle is looming and with it, a darkness more powerful and more deadly than anything they’ve faced before. To end this nightmare, they’ll need everyone the full party standing together, one last time."
Returning cast includes Winona Ryder, Millie Bobby Brown, Finn Wolfhard, Noah Schnapp, Caleb McLaughlin, Gaten Matarazzo, Sadie Sink, Joe Keery and Maya Hawke.
