James Gunn, CEO DC Studios has dropped an exciting news amid promotion of his new film, Superman.
His upcoming action sci-fi movie features David Corenswet as the superhero. Meanwhile, Nicholas Hoult is set to play villain Lex Luthor.
While the DC studios is gearing up to release the new film, they are also working on reboot films on Batman and Wonder Woman.
However, fans are hoping to see a crossover between the iconic trio; Batman, Wonder Woman and Superman.
In an interview with Deadline, Gunn was directly asked if he is working on a collaborative venture featuring the three comic book heroes.
The 58-year-old filmmaker stated that he does have a plan to make such movie, but they won’t be appearing together in the next movie.
“Of course, yeah! But, not in the next movie”, he added.
When asked “if there are talks of it happening at some point in the next few years?”
Gunn replied, “You have to remember all this stuff is talks inside my head [laughs] so there's a lot of chatter in my head that does a lot of things! But the DCU is chatter in my head, not talks.”
James new Superman film is slated to release on July 11.
