Sarah Michelle Gellar has recently revealed her reaction to Hollywood Walk of Fame honour.
Sarah’s husband and actor Freddie Prinze Jr. surprised Sarah with the announcement in a video shared on Instagram on July 2.
In the clip, the Scooby-Doo actress could be seen watching the news from The Hollywood Chamber's Board of Directors about being a member of the Hollywood Walk of Fame’s 2026 class, which also included Demi Moore, Molly Ringwald, Stanley Tucci, Deepika Padukone, Rachel McAdams and others.
The Board decided to honour Sarah for her commitment to the arts on the big and small screens.
Following the news, the actress expressed her gratitude to the Hollywood Chambers for the honour.

The actress fans soon took to the comment section and started congratulating her as one wrote, “You deserve the star since 2002… It came too late... I am so happy for you!!! And I hope one day to take a picture with your star.”
Another remarked, “Congratulations! So deserved!”
Meanwhile, on the work front, Sarah hopes for a massive reunion in the upcoming “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” reboot.
“My dream is to bring back everyone who has died, but space will have to be made for new stories as well,” she told Vanity Fair Italia.
