Jennifer Lopez, Ben Affleck take back major decision months after divorce
Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez joined heads for one final decision after split
Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have taken a U-turn on their decision to sell their Beverly Hills mansion one year after failing to find a buyer.
The former couple listed the property on the market in the following months after their divorce but they have been “hesitant to take a big loss” a source revealed.
The Gone Girl star and J.Lo even “lowered the price to get more interest and when this didn't happen, they were advised to take it off the market. It was a business decision that they made together," the insider told People Magazine.
According to the source from real estate, "It's a rough sellers market and especially for that price point. Taking it off the market until it's more of a seller friendly climate, seems like the smartest decision."
The couple, who got married in 2022, purchased the mansion – based on 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, and 38,000 sq. ft., in May 2023.
However, after they proceeded for divorce in 2024, they listed the home for the same price, $68 million, at which they bought it.
Affleck and Lopez then decreased the price to $59.5 million after 10 months of no interested buyers.
