Director Matt Reeves, who created the magic of 2022 Batman, has finally shared an update about its sequel.
For months, there has been a continuous questioning going on about the second entry on internet, which DC CEO has been responding to time and again.
A few days ago, Gunn also expressed his frustration on the repeated questions of fans. He even released a statement saying, “Let Matt Reeves take his time on the script of the film”, as he was sure that Reeves won’t even share a draft until he feels good about it.
The 59-year-old filmmaker has finally given a response over the status of the upcoming film.
Taking it to X, executive producer of popular show The Penguin, shared a picture of the script placed on table with the Batman logo on it.
Meanwhile, the blurred background featured him with co-writer, Mattson Tomlin.
The duo seemed to be celebrating the completion of the much-anticipated script. “Partners in Crime (Fighters)”, read the caption.
The upcoming movie backed by Warner Bros is set to release on October 1, 2027 featuring Rober Pattinson, Colin Farrell, Paul Dano, Andy Serkis and others.
