Charlize Theron weighs in on celebrity dating app

Charlize Theron has recently weighed in on celebrity dating app Raya, calling it worst experience of her life.

The Mad Max: Fury Road actress confirmed that she’s on the dating app during an appearance on the latest episode of Watch What Happens With Andy Cohen on June 26.

“I am but I don’t do anything with it,” admitted the 49-year-old.

Charlize told Andy that one of her friends put her name on the dating app.

“I went on two dates and then I kind of…it’s like, every guy has a Burning Man picture, and they’re a CEO of like, nothing. Or like a fitness…” revealed the Old Guard 2 actress.

However, Charlize mentioned, “You meet with these suitors and they’re not a CEO.”

Interestingly, the Atomic Blonde star added, “They just say it up front. Well, why did you put that on your thing?! No, I don’t like it.”

While reflecting on her experience with the dating app, Charlize declared, “No, I don’t like it.”

Meanwhile, there were rumours that the actress joined Raya in November 2024 after her split from model boyfriend Alex Dimitrijevic.

For the unversed, Charlize previously dated actor Sean Penn from 2013 to 2015.

It is also pertinent to mention that the actress is a mother to two preteens, whom she adopted in 2012 and 2015.
