Robert Pattinson made his debut as 'Batman' in Matt Reeves 2022 movie
DC CEO James Gunn has confirmed the new Batman movie belonging to the DC world reportedly titled as, The Brave and the Bold.
Ever since the new announcement has been made, the comic book fans have been all excited and are wondering who will be leading the movie.
Robert Pattinson made his debut as Batman in Matt Reeves 2022 movie and is expected to reprise the role again the 2027 sequel, backed by Warner Bros.
Fans have been debating online if the Twilight star will be portraying the titular role in Gunn’s film.
One of the fans asked the Superman director on Threads, “James, without holding you to anything, is it still the plan for Brave and the Bold to be the live-action introduction to the DCU Batman?”
“Obviously, things can change but I’m wondering if, as of right now, that’s still the plan.”
James simply responded to the question by saying, “Yes.”
The 58-year-old filmmaker’s response has dropped a hint that Robert might not be returning as Batman in the upcoming movie.
Reports suggests that if this plan is maintained, there’s no way for Pattinson to be the DCU’s Batman, as he’s already made his debut in the live action.
