Jennifer Aniston has carved a name for herself in almost four decades of working in Hollywood but that hasn’t come easy.
The 56-year-old actress got candid about her behind- the-scene struggles in an interview and shared that she has consistently struggled with one thing.
The Friends star confessed, "I'm a bit of a workaholic, so I'm forcing myself to try to take some time to travel and not work."
Aniston continued, "It's so critical, I know, but I'm not good at it. Our work is diminishing returns at the end of the day, if you're just working so much that you don't have any wonderful life experiences."
Aniston noted that it is now her priority to create a work-life balance, "I'm trying to take it easy, because this was a really intensive few years of work.”
She quipped, "I'm trying desperately to learn how to create those auto replies when emails and texts come in, where it's like, 'I'm away forever. But call me in December, I'll be back.’”
Aniston, who has earned the Emmy, Golden Globe and SAG Award, was introduced to the entertainment industry from a very young age, being born to parents Nancy Dow and John Aniston, who were also stars.
