Bruce Springsteen opens up about dealing with fame at 'young' age
'Deliver Me from Nowhere' features Jeremy Allen as Bruce Springsteen
American singer and songwriter Bruce Springsteen, who is also known as “the Boss”, has made a rare comment about dealing with fame.
Springsteen opened that he experienced a huge amount of fame at 25, and so he was capable of handling it at that age.
"Well, I was 35. I had previous experience [of fame] at 25, so I was capable of handling the moment.”
The 75-year-old admitted that he enjoyed the fame 90%, but 10% of the time, he felt stressful.
“Ninety percent I enjoyed the ride, 10 percent of it was stressful, and my take on it now is that it was a cool thing to be at the height of the cultural conversation in the pop world for a while", he told The Sunday Times.
My Hometown vocalist confessed that “I just didn’t have any particular interest in staying there. That’s a fool’s game."
Bruce has revealed that the kind of work he does now is more important than money and is more about writing great music.
The legendary musician is getting a biopic made on his life journey titled Deliver Me from Nowhere with Jeremy Allen playing the titular role.
