Jennifer Aniston reflects on how childhood habits impacted her lifestyle
Jennifer Aniston grew up around health-conscious parents and became hyper aware of what she puts in her body from a young age.

"I was never allowed to have a sugary piece of anything, and I was also served spelt bread," the Friends alum took People Magazine.
"I grew up in one of those holistic households ... so I've sort of lived by that," Aniston continued of parents, Nancy Dow and John Aniston.
The Murder Mystery star shared that her mother instilled some key habits into her, including prioritising hydration. "My mom sort of drilled into me the importance of drinking water since I was a kid, but I guess really more in my late teens," she said.
The habit became such a big part of Aniston’s daily life that "I've become so hyper aware of people who don't drink water now because I've always been such a water drinker."
The Emmy award winner continued, "I have girlfriends that just can't drink water, they just don't like the taste of it. It's like, 'It's water. It's just water,' and I constantly say, 'You have to hydrate. You must hydrate.’”
