Justin Baldoni spends family time in Costa Rica following dismissal of lawsuit against co-star Blake Lively.

A source close to the It Ends With Us actor, opened up to People Magazine about his current whereabouts.

The insider claimed, “He’s enjoying a nice holiday with the family in Costa Rica.”

Justin, who shares daughter Maiya and son Maxwell with wife Emily, previously went viral after a photo of him vacationing with a surfboard in hand surfaced on Reddit for Father's Day.

This comes after the lawsuit involving the Orange is the New Black actor was dismissed, giving credence to Lively's case in court.

The Gossip Girl star didn’t hold back from sharing her unfiltered thoughts on the subject, claiming that Baldoni’s ‘abusive’ countersuit had finally been shut down.

Taking to her Instagram Stories at the time, she penned, "Like so many others, I've felt the pain of a retaliatory lawsuit, including the manufactured shame that tries to break us. While the suit against me was defeated, so many don't have the resources to fight back.

“More resolved than ever to continue to stand for every woman's right to have a voice in protecting themselves, including their safety, their integrity, their dignity and their story."

For the unversed, Baldoni's legal team has dismissed Blake's victory claims as entirely false until further details emerge.
