Vin Diesel receives special tribute from Paul Walker’s daughter on Father’s Day

Fast & Furious star Paul Walker’s daughter Meadow Rain Walker honoured not only her late dad but two other special men on Father’s day.

After remembering Paul, who died when his daughter was 15-years-old, with love and gratitude in a post on her Instagram grid, Meadow wished her Godfather Vin Diesel and Brandon Birtell on the special occasion.

Taking over her Instagram Stories over the weekend the actress and model shared a throwback photo with Birtell, who is a close friend and longtime collaborator of the late actor.

"Happy Father’s Day to you @bbirtell [blue heart emoji] I love you," she wrote over the photo in which baby meadow was sitting on the shoulder of her "dad’s best friend."

The next slide shows the 27-year-old's picture with the 57-year-old actor, whose real name is Mark Sinclair, from the Fast X premiere in 2023.

Punctuated with a blue heart emoji, Meadow just tagged Vin Diesel, who walked her down the aisle at her wedding with Louis Thornton-Allan. The former couple filed for divorce in February 2024 after their 2021 nuptials.

Additionally, Birtell, who served as a producer on Fast X, which also featured a cameo by Meadow, has long played a key role in her life.

In the past, Meadow has expressed deep gratitude for Birtell’s support in honouring her father’s legacy through the film, as well as his crucial role in representing her interests during legal proceedings following Paul’s tragic death in 2013.

Birtell was named as her guardian in a lawsuit filed against Porsche, which alleged that a defective seatbelt contributed to her father's fatal accident.
