Meghan Trainor encourages her family to follow a key skincare practice
Meghan Trainor opened up one major skincare routine she never skips and encourages her family and fans to also rely on it.
The Made You Look singer teamed up with e.l.f Skin to discuss about the importance of applying SPF in comedy roast special Sunhinged.
While discussing her experience with the People Magazine, she said, "I was so nervous. I just wanted to make everyone proud and be funny."
The Grammy winner added, "The crowd was so kind and so funny, and it was a very welcoming room and all the comedians did so well. I was like, 'God, e.l.f. is just so smart.'"
The NO hitmaker than shared how sunscreen is one of the essentials and she doesn’t let anyone in her family neglect it.
"I spray everyone," she continues. "My brothers are such manly men where they're like, 'No, I don't need sunscreen!; And I go around the whole house and I just spray everybody."
The mother of two also talked about how she doesn’t want her boys, Riley and Barry, to "learn the hard way" about the importance of sunscreen, especially after she learned how sun exposure from her childhood impacted her later in life.
"I have sunspots at 31, and I'm like, 'What's that from?' And they're like, 'Your childhood.' And I'm like, 'Excuse me?' So I'm still learning and we're all learning," she says.
Trainor continued explaining that due to this reason she is now totally ready for her kids "and for future daughters hopefully to be like, 'Listen up honeys, sunscreen every day.'"
