Monica Barbaro and boyfriend Andrew Garfield soon to share silver screen
Monica Barbaro got candid about whether she will be working with her boyfriend Andrew Garfield in an upcoming project.
The lovebirds, who were confirmed to be dating in February by a source, are now gearing up to star in new movie Artificial directed by Luca Guadagnino.
Speaking with the Entertainment Tonight at the Netflix premiere of FUBAR season 2, A Complete Unknown star said that she "can’t really say anything yet," about the upcoming film.
When asked if she can share anything about the film, the Top Gun: Maverick actress added, "I'm so excited to work with Luca, he's just one of my favourite directors and I think everyone aspires to work with him so I'm excited about that."
The Oscar-nominated artist then played coy about if she will be sharing the screen with Garfield and continued, "I'm excited to work with the whole cast, it's gonna be a great time."
According to some other outlets, Anora's Yura Borisov is also in talks to star in the movie.
The outlets also claimed the supposed story to be either "a comedic drama set in the world of artificial intelligence," or a film "recounting of the tumultuous period at artificial intelligence company OpenAI in 2023 that saw CEO Sam Altman fired and rehired in a matter of days."
While the confirmation is still in process, Barbaro’s FUBAR was premiered on June 11.
