Nicole Kidman revealed how she enjoyed filming the Nine Perfect Strangers season two along with a major drawback.

The Nine Perfect Strangers follows the story of nine people from different backgrounds who gather at a remote wellness resort seeking healing and transformation.

Kidman plays Masha Dmitrichenko, the enigmatic and intense director of the Tranguillium House wellness resort.

In conversation with the People Magazine, the 57-year-old actress talked about filming the second instalment of the series in Austrian Alps, where the new season took a darker turn as compared to the first season.

"I love the Austrian Alps," Kidman gushed.

"I fell in love with that. There's something so invigorating about being outside and actually being on the locations and actually being really cold and walking in snow. And I think there's just something about the air and the water and the landscape and having it be authentic," she said, sharing that they filmed for about six months in snowy weather, using a real castle as one of the main settings.

While, the Baby Girl actress loved the location’s landscape, she admitted that filming in cold night was challenging.

"It's just night shooting in the cold or that sort of thing. I'm like, ‘Okay, I'm tired and I'm cold,'" she continued, "But then that can penetrate and infiltrate the story and the performance."

The Nine Perfect Strangers season two was released on May 21.
