Ryan Reynolds having hard time accepting Neil Patrick Harris as new 'Deadpool'?
Ryan Reynolds played Deadpool three times in Marvel Cinematic Universe
How I Met Your Mother famed Neil Patrick Harris has been selected to do the voiceover for the Deadpool character in the new VR video game.
However, Ryan Reynolds has played the titular role in multiple super hit movies for the past decade.
All of a sudden, the makers decided to cast a new actor for the video game, ditching the OG.
The initial teaser trailer released by the makers of the game showed Harris taking up the role of the assassin and causing a lot of bloodshed.
He can be heard saying in the clip, “Escape the turd-burger of late-stage capitalism and enter a world of VR magic.”
Deadpool & Wolverine star specially reacted to the clip as he released a separate video revealing his reaction to the news.
Even though, the video gives an impression that the 48-year-old might be jealous of the new change as he said, “Today, I learned a lesson about b********* they don’t teach you in medical school.”
“People who steal your signature roles are the biggest b********* of all”, said Ryan.
But in the next statement he also praised Neil as an actor saying, “I don’t blame Meta Quest. Neil Patrick Harris is an amazing actor with the nurturing voice of angel.”
For the unversed, The Proposal star has played the popular MCU character in three films.
