Saoirse Ronan starred in Talking Heads long-awaited Psycho Killer music video, as the band celebrated its 50th milestone anniversary.

While the track was originally debuted in 1977, the legendary rock band teamed up with C’mon C’mon director Mike Mills to mark its live debut on CBGB (music club in New York City) in 1975.

The song was released as a part of the Grammy nominated band's first album and is one of the most beloved hits.

In the music video, Ronan portrays a woman "unravelling while stuck in her daily routine."

The music video incorporates very few contrasting shots as the Oscar nominee alternates between the bedroom, kitchen, office and car, grabbling with her an array of emotions.

"This video makes the song better," Talking Heads said in a statement. "We love what this video is not, it’s not literal, creepy, bloody, physically violent or obvious."

The Little Women actress, also shared her admiration for the band in statement saying, "I have grown up listening to their music, so this truly is a childhood/teenage/lifelong dream come true."

"To simply be mentioned in the same breath as Talking Heads is hands down one of the coolest things that has ever happened to me, let alone making a video with the singular Mike Mills to accompany one of their most iconic songs, Psycho Killer," she added.
