Yolanda Hadid and her boyfriend-turned-finance Joseph Jingoli called it quits, ending their three years of engagement.
A source confirmed on Thursday, June 5, that the now-former couple has parted ways after sharing seven years together but remain on good terms.
"They remain friends and have nothing but fond memories of their time together," the insider told People.
News of their engagement first surfaced in August 2024, with reports suggesting that the pair had gotten engaged two years earlier, in 2022, after dating for over five years.
Hadid, 61, and the construction and energy company CEO reportedly first crossed paths in 2017 after she relocated to Pennsylvania and purchased a farm, seeking a more grounded lifestyle.
Before her relationship with Jingoli, 66, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum was married to real estate developer Mohamed Hadid from 1994 to 2000, and later to music producer David Foster from 2011 to 2017.
Yolanda shares three children with Mohamed Hadid: supermodels Gigi, Bella Hadid, and son Anwar.
Despite divorcing Mohamed, she chose to keep the Hadid surname. "I never dropped the name 'Hadid' because I have three children by that name," she explained in a past interview with Bravo.
"I asked the kids, 'Should I go back to van den Herik?' and they said, 'No, you're our mommy and we have the same last name,'" Yolanda added.
