Dani Coleman reveals Jennifer Aniston likes challenging herself in new ways
Friends famed Jennifer Aniston is a fitness freak and her personal trainer Dani Coleman has given a proof of it.
The 56-year-old often shares her workout routines with fans on social media quite often proving that she is very particular about her physique.
Now her trainer Dani has also shared details about her fitness regime. According to her, Jennifer really likes to challenge herself in new ways.
"She really trains in all three of our signature formats: Strength Sculpt, Progressive Weight Training class and Sculpt and Burn”, told Coleman to E! News.
The trainer continued, "Anything that can challenge Jen's core is probably like one of my favourite things to try to do with her.”
“Because she's so strong and so finding new ways to challenge her with the Pvolve method has been so fun as a trainer.”
Dani opened that Aniston has never said no to any workout. She praised the Murder Mystery actress by saying that she is always hard working and always keeps people laughing with her sense of humour.
