Meghan Markle 'ends' friendship with Hollywood friend: Details unveiled
The Duchess of Sussex suffers personal setback as another bond breaks
Meghan Markle's close friendship with an influential figure from the industry has taken a shocking turn.
The Duchess of Sussex has reportedly not been on speaking terms with the former editor of British Vogue Edward Enninful, with whom she once shared a special bond as the mother-of-two described them as "like-minded thinkers."
Since Prince Harry and Meghan's exit from the royal family, the couple's relationship became estranged with many.
The Mail claimed that the differences grew between the Duchess and Edward over the Sussexes' demand to feature their charitable work on the front pages of a magazine.
An insider revealed, "The duchess and her team had high expectations and were expecting she might get a print cover or at least a digital cover out of it, but Enninful was not able to meet those expectations."
"He already had a magazine cover in the bag for that month," the report stated.
The source said, "The whole process became very difficult. Edward could only promise her a big showy feature inside the magazine and online – but she turned it down."
