Zayn Malik stirs concerns with silence after health scare

Zayn Malik sparked fans’ concerns by remaining silent after canceling his last concert of the Stairway to the Sky tour due to serious health issues.

Friday, March 28, was the last time the Dusk Till Dawn hitmaker shared on his Instagram Stories that he and his crew got "severe food poisoning" during his Mexico shows.

A couple of days later, on April 1, he posted a picture of himself from the concerts on his social media account and thanked his Mexican fans for their love and support.

Since then, fans have heard no word from the former One Direction star, leaving them in the dark about his well-being.

However, his fans have recently been flooding the comments section of his last post with messages about his recovery.

"Zayn please give us an update on your health," one worried fan asked, adding another comment, "I hope you are fine!!!!"

"How are you feeling now?" eager to get an update since the health scare late last month, the fan continued the thread.

Meanwhile, another fan chimed in, inquiring, "zayn, are you okay?"

For the unversed, Zayn, 32, cancelled his last show in Mexico City hours before taking the stage.

At first, he didn’t disclose the reason, however, after fans expressed concerns, he revealed in a post later the same day that he was "struggling" with upset stomach and apologised to his fans.
