'Back To You' chart topper Louis Tomlinson's new nickname leaves fans in stitches: Watch
Louis Tomlinson is surely bagging loads of memories during his Indian trip, but to his surprise he will be returning to his home with a new title as well.
The former One Direction band member landed in Mumbai on March 8 to perform his maiden concert in the country as a part of the Lollapalooza music festival.
From hopping bars, enjoying butter chicken and exploring the city, the Back to You singer’s one sighting stirred a massive wave of laughter among his admirers.
In a viral video, the Indian paparazzi, known for their unintentional humour towards the international celebrities in town, gave Louis, 33, a funny name.
During his March 10 outing, the Night Changes vocalist stepped out of his car, seemingly accompanied by his guards and group members.
The paparazzi, interested in capturing the 1D-famous singer, weren't quite sure who among the boys was Louis.
"Woh beech mein, jo chota sa hai (the short one in the middle)," the one who recorded the video could be heard, helping others.
This hilarious moment left fans in stitches and the video continues to make rounds on social media.
Additionally, this is not the first time Indian paparazzi have sparked an outburst of reactions.
In April 2023, a slew of Hollywood celebrities flew to the city for the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre (NMACC), and some of the paparazzi interactions went viral.
They addressed Nick Jonas as "Nickwa" and "Nick Jiju" due to his marriage to Bollywood superstar Priyanka Chopra.
In another unintentional error, they could be heard calling Zendya as "Jhandeya" and referred to Tom Holland as "Makdi Man" because of his role in Spider-Man movies.
