NFL star Travis Kelce isn’t ready to give up on his dreams yet
Travis Kelce, one of the NFL’s best tight ends, isn’t ready to give up on his dreams yet.
The 35-year-old star just helped lead the Kansas City Chiefs to another Super Bowl and despite all the talk, he has no plans to step away from football anytime soon.
Kelce, who is also in a high-profile relationship with pop star Taylor Swift, is still loving the game and isn’t ready to call it quits.
An insider opened up to DailyMail: "When it comes to his success in acting and podcasting and seeing the opportunities his brother [Jason] has had after his retirement, Travis is not ready to retire himself."
The Chiefs are set to take on the Philadelphia Eagles in New Orleans on February 9, but no what the result would be, it won’t Kelce’s plans for the future.
"Whether the Chiefs win or lose, he would want to either go for the four-peat or avenge losing in the Super Bowl and would love to try to get back there,” they added.
They went on saying: "He understands he is in good shape professionally and personally when he retires, but as he gets asked about in the next two weeks, he wants to stay in the league. He still believes he has more to give.”
The source further explained that while retirement decision might come up next year, so for now, Kelce is fully committed to staying with the Kansas City Chiefs and continuing his NFL career regardless of whether the Chiefs win or lose the Super Bowl.
However, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s romance has been talk of the town ever since they publicly appeared together, with the singer making rare appearances at his games.
